Troubleshooting Tipps

Follow these troubleshooting tips to help with any problem you might encounter when trying to publish your web site.

Verify Your Internet Connection:

Confirm that your computer has an active connection to the internet.

If you have a Firewall installed make sure Easy Website Pro has access to the internet.

Verify your Hosting Account:

Publishing your web site requires Web Hosting Account.

Verify your FTP Information:

Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for the FTP-Information that is required in the Web Server Settings.
