Using the logo section

Easy Website Pro provides you also with the possibility of creating or adding a logo to your webproject.

1. Go to the Logo Section of Easy Website Pro

2. Choosing the type of logo

in Easy Website Pro you can choose between two types of logos

• a Flash based logo, where you can edit the slogan
• a graphic of yours

Please Note: If you decide on using a graphic it is advisable to choose a transparent png file, because this significantly enhances the professional look of your webpage.

To choose simply click on one of the radio buttons (as shown in the picture below)

Please Note: Of course you are also provided with the possibility of completely turning off the logo functionality. To do so simply choose the option 'off' from the three radio buttons.

I) A Flash logo

If you decide to use a Template (Flash logo) for your webpage, you are provided with various templates. To choose a template simply highlight any item provided in the style pulldownmenu (as shown in the picture below). To get a preview of the selected item - use the preview functionality on the right.

a) Modify the slogan

After you have chosen your favorite template you may want to change the default slogan 'company name' provided by Easy Website Pro. To do so simply use the textbox labeled 'text' and typ in your own company or company slogan (as shown in the picture below).

b) Modify the color of the slogan

The next thing you probably want to change is the color of the slogan. This task is also very easily achieved in Easy Website Pro. You may use the color picker right below the textbox (as shown in the picture below).

c) Modify the size of the logo

The last thing you can customize in the logo section of Easy Website Pro is the size of the logo. You may choose between five different size settings (recommended, small, middle, large and custom). To choose your favorite settings simply use the provided optionsmenu. (as shown in the picture below)

Please note: The standard setting is recommended

II) A graphical logo

If you decide on using a graphical logo - choose image from the options menu

After choosing Image you are provided with a new screen, which allows you to import your desired graphic. To import click on and an open file dialogue opens up, which enables you to point the program towards the graphic file you want to use in our webproject. After choosing a graphic file - the Easy Website Pro's resizing window opens up automatically (as shown in the picture below)

This resizing assistant provides you with the possibility of specifying a desired size for your graphical logo. If you click 'OK' the logo will be integrated in your webproject.
